All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, preferably email. Reservation deposits will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received within 30 days prior to arrival. Early departure due to inclement weather does not warrant a refund. No exceptions. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, you will still owe the entire amount of the rental as we have held this property for you. All reservations must be paid in full a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days) before arrival date.
A deposit of $250 is required to hold any home and the remaining balance must be paid 2 full weeks (14 days) prior to the arrival date. A reservation may be held with Master Card, Visa, Discover, certified check, or cash.
