This unit is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home towards the front of Venture Out. Having three bedrooms means nobody has to use the hid-a-bed couch, everyone gets their own room. The unit had been updated, newer flooring, the kitchen has all the appliances you need to make a meal at home, there is also a full size washer/dryer. Linens, and a nice golf cart provided. Pets are not allowed and there is no smoking or vaping allowed in the unit.
With 735 houses in Venture Out and no parking allowed on the main blvd, parking can become an issue during the busy months. Venture Out has started a new parking rule that they are enforcing. You must park a vehicle in the drive before parking one in front of the house. If you can fit one vehicle and the golf cart in the drive, that is ideal. If you have to leave for several hours, please move the vehicle that is parked in the street into the driveway. They will tow your vehicle if you do not comply, so please for the sake of enjoying your vacation, let try to follow their rules.
