It is a simple 3 minute walk to the beach. It has water and sewer hookups and 50/30/20 amp connections. There is a $75 vehicle registration that the park charges per vehicle, no more than two vehicles allowed, and they need to be parked on the lot. NOTE: This lot does not include a golf cart at this rate, we are discussing it with the owner, and if they add a cart, we will adjust the rate accordingly with notification.
